Guest photographer David Taylor
I am pleased this month to be showcasing the work of Northumberland based landscape photographer David Taylor.
David is a landscape and travel photographer based in Hexham, a small market town in Northumberland, England. He works mainly in the Northumbrian countryside, which is astonishingly varied. From rolling hills to craggy cliffs, he feels there is never any shortage of suitable subjects.
His portfolio includes photographs from Northumberland, the Scottish Borders and Scotland’s islands, and also photographs from his ongoing project on St. Cuthberts Way which goes between Melrose, the location of St Cuthbert’s early monastic life, to Lindisfarne (Holy Island), the area of St Cuthbert’s later ministry and death.
