A wee chat to the Friends of the Shipley Gallery
I was lucky enough last year to be invited, the first photographer in 17 years, to display my work at the Christmas Present Exhibition at the Shipley Gallery in Gateshead. Putting something back!
It's very easy to claim that you make beautiful landscape photographs to promote and protect the environment, but sometimes the only way to do this is to put your hand in your pocket or to take other actions beyond simply making prints and talking about it, for example, putting on exhibitions.
