Pastel Shades, Maywick, Shetland, Scotland

The end of quite an odd day. Big blue skies with white fluffy cumulus clouds accompanied massive seas with waves breaking over the top of 50 foot cliffs. By the end of the day, the seas energy was content to be a little calmer and a very mellow green shade. The evening storm clouds were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen.

Nikon D2X, 12-24mm lens @ 17mm, 0.6s at f/16 ISO100, Lee 0.6ND hard grad filter.
