Gold water
23rd March 2008
Gold Water and Blue Water are the river Allen in the late afternoon and haven’t been modified in Photoshop. I was lying down on my side so that the camera was looking across the surface of the water- only a short height above it, so the gold is the reflection from the bank. Actually some passers by came over to me as I was lying for so long and so still they thought perhaps I had collapsed!
“Inspiration for the work: my own fascination with water, its constant state of change; free but also constrained within a rhythmical boundary of the river itself. “
