(Last Light, Maywick, Shetland, Scotland, 2007)

Half an hour earlier a massive wave had chased me ten feet up the cliff face behind these stones just soaking my boots! Finally thinking I may be safe from massive waves, I clambered back down and quickly set up my camera to catch the last beautiful light of a gorgeous Shetland day.

Nikon D2X, 12-24mm lens @ 17mm, 8s at f/16 ISO100, Lee 0.6ND hard grad filter.
